LKK dark soy sauce

LKK dark soy sauce, by Lee Kum Kee (LKK) is a thicker, richer-flavored soy sauce than light soy sauce. It is made with a longer fermentation process, often with the addition of caramel, which gives it an intense dark-brown color and a slightly sweet taste.
